Who do you manufacture products for?
Our client base is diverse, ranging from prestigious department stores, mass marketers, and health food stores to direct manufacturing companies, national brands, spas, resorts, hotels, and smaller start-ups and individuals. What is the Minimum Order quantity?
To place an order for customized products, a minimum of 2000 units per product is required. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining 50% payment due before shipment.
What formulas/products can you make for me?
At Durol Labs, we offer a diverse range of skin, bath, body, hair, and personal care product formulations that can be customized to your specific needs. Can your Research and Development make a product that I propose?
Most of the time, we can fulfill your request. However, the level of research and development necessary for each project varies depending on the product. We will evaluate your specific needs and determine the feasibility of creating your desired product.
What is the cost for your Research & Development Lab to manufacture samples for me?
o obtain customized samples from our Research & Development Lab, we require a minimum order of 2000 units and a commitment fee of $500. The fee will be credited towards your price quote balance.
Can you manufacture Organic products?
Yes, we are capable of manufacturing organic products, but it is important to note that we are not a USDA Certified Company.
Do you have Non-disclosure agreements with your customers?
Yes, we have non-disclosure agreements in place with the majority of our clients and would be happy to provide the same level of confidentiality to you as well, if needed.
How quickly can you turn around an order?
After the approval of the formula and/or label, initial orders typically take approximately eight to ten weeks. For reorders, the turnaround time is typically four to six weeks.
Can I provide my own decorated packaging?
Certainly, we can fill products into packaging provided by the customer. However, to ensure product compatibility, compliance with government labeling requirements, and compatibility with our production equipment, we require a sample of the packaging before filling.
